Welcome to PCB Club Card. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of pcbclubcard.com (the “Site”) and to PCB Club Card cards and events. By using the Site or buying or using a card, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or a card. In these Terms, “PCB Club Card”, “we” and “us” mean the PCB Club Card team.

Using the site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes. Do not misuse it, try to break or overload it, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone or break any law. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time.

Buying a card

Cards and event tickets are sold through Eventbrite. When you buy, Eventbrite’s own terms and policies also apply, and you should read them: Eventbrite Terms of Service. Card levels, prices and the week your card covers are shown on the Site and at checkout. Taxes and fees may apply.

Card rules

  • One card per person. Each person needs their own card.
  • Valid photo ID is required. Bring your valid photo ID and your order confirmation to pick up your card and to every event.
  • 18+ to enter with valid photo ID. 21+ to drink with valid photo ID. No exceptions.
  • Entry is not guaranteed. Venues may refuse or end entry for safety, capacity, conduct or dress-code reasons. Entry is subject to each venue’s own policies and capacity limits.
  • Perks. Card perks are the ones described on the Site for your card level and week. Perks, hours and participating venues can change, for example if a venue changes its schedule or offers. Where a venue changes something, we will update the Site when we can.
  • Misuse. A card used in violation of these Terms, or that has been copied, altered or resold, may be refused or cancelled.

Pickup

Pick up your card from Noon to 11 PM at the Welcome Center at Hammerhead Fred’s (8752 Thomas Dr), starting Saturday, Feb 27, 2027. Bring your valid photo ID and your order confirmation.

Purchases, refunds and transfers

All purchases are final. However, you may transfer your pass to another eligible attendee before pickup.

No resale for profit

You may not resell, auction or advertise cards for more than you paid or for any commercial purpose. A transfer to another eligible attendee before pickup, as described above, is allowed.

Lost or damaged cards

Please look after your card. If it is lost, stolen or damaged, contact us and we will let you know what, if anything, we can do. We cannot promise a replacement.

Events and lineups

Events, dates, times, venues and lineups are subject to change or cancellation. Artists for 2027 are TBA. The schedule on the Site is our best current information and is not a promise that any specific event, performer or perk will take place.

Photos and videos at events

We photograph and film at our events. By attending, you agree that we and our partners may capture and use your image, likeness and voice in photos, galleries and videos on our website, social media and marketing, without payment. If you want a specific photo or video of you removed, email contact@pcbclubcard.com. See our Privacy Policy.

Assumption of risk and responsible drinking

Spring Break events involve crowds, alcohol, dancing, water and other activities that carry risk. By attending, you accept those risks and are responsible for your own conduct, belongings and safety. Drink responsibly and only if you are 21+ with valid photo ID. Never drink and drive. Know the beach and city rules, and look out for your friends. Please plan a safe ride home.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and cards are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. PCB Club Card and its owners, staff and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, or for any injury, loss or damage to person or property at or in connection with events, venues or third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to a card is limited to the amount you paid for that card. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Intellectual property

The Site, the PCB Club Card name and logo, and its text, graphics, photos and videos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for personal use. Do not copy, modify, distribute or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party sites and venues

The Site links to other websites, such as Eventbrite, venues and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or policies. Venues set their own rules, and you must follow them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Bay County, Florida, and you agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date when we do. If you keep using the Site or your card after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
