This Privacy Policy explains what PCB Club Card (“we”, “us”) collects when you use pcbclubcard.com and our Spring Break events and cards, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us.

Who we are

PCB Club Card is the official Spring Break party card for Panama City Beach, Florida. You can reach us at contact@pcbclubcard.com or (800) 217-7192.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. When you sign up for our email list (through Mailchimp), we collect your email address and anything else you choose to enter on the form.
  • Card and ticket purchases. Cards and event tickets are sold on Eventbrite. Your payment and order details are collected and handled by Eventbrite under Eventbrite’s Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your payment card number. We may receive order details from Eventbrite, such as your name, email and the week and card level you bought, so we can run pickup and answer your questions.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar tools that record things like your device, browser, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site.

Cookies, analytics and ads

Our site uses Google tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, set up through Google Site Kit) and a Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how people use the site and to measure and improve our advertising. A cookie banner on the site lets you choose which categories of cookies you accept. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers and pages visited, and may use it to show you ads on other sites. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy for how they handle data.

How we use information

  • To answer your messages and support requests.
  • To send you updates, schedules and offers about PCB Club Card if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To run card pickup, check orders and manage transfers.
  • To operate, secure and improve the site, and to measure and improve our marketing.
  • To follow the law and protect our rights, our guests and our venues.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the site and events, such as Eventbrite (ticketing), Mailchimp (email), our website host, and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising). They may use the information only to provide their services to us, or as described in their own policies.
  • Venue partners, if needed to check a card or handle a safety or conduct issue.
  • Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when we believe it is needed to protect safety, prevent fraud or enforce our terms.
  • A buyer or successor, if PCB Club Card is ever sold or reorganized.

Some advertising tools may count as a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising under certain state laws. You can opt out as described below.

Event photos and videos

We photograph and film at our events and may post photos, galleries and videos on our website, social media and marketing. By attending, you understand you may appear in this content. If you want a photo or video of you removed, email contact@pcbclubcard.com with the event, the date and a link or description of the photo, and we will review it and remove it from our channels where we reasonably can.

Your choices

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us and we will remove you.
  • Cookies: use the cookie banner on the site, or change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect parts of the site.
  • Ads and tracking: you can opt out of interest-based ads through your Google and Meta ad settings. Our site does not currently detect browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control automatically, so if you use one, please also email us at contact@pcbclubcard.com and we will honor your opt-out request.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax or accounting needs, or to resolve disputes. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No website or service is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

Our site and events are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to access or get a copy of it, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your information. You will not be treated unfairly for using these rights. To make a request, email contact@pcbclubcard.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and tell us what you would like. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and you can ask an authorized agent to make the request for you. If we deny a request, you can reply to ask us to reconsider. For purchases made on Eventbrite, you may also need to contact Eventbrite directly.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites, such as Eventbrite, venues and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Please check back occasionally.
