What a “package” can mean
Search for spring break packages in Florida and you will find three different products with the same name. Knowing which one you are looking at is half the comparison.

The PCB Club Card is the third type. It is a Spring Break 2027 party pass for Panama City Beach: free club entry by card level, drink specials for guests 21+ and VIP perks at day parties and nightly theme parties at four partner venues. It does not include lodging or transport.

- What exactly is included, in writing, for each person?
- Is the price per person or per room, and for how many people?
- Which dates and nights does it cover?

- What is the age rule for the booking and for entry? In Panama City Beach in 2026, only guests 21 and older could book vacation rentals.
- What is the change and cancellation policy, and who processes it?
- What happens if an event changes or an artist cancels?
- Is there a deposit, and when is the balance due?
- How do I contact a real person, and by what method?

When a package makes sense, and when it does not (our view)
- A package can make sense if you want one price, one booking and one place to ask questions, and the package includes things you would buy anyway.
- Booking separately can make sense if you already have a place to stay, your group is mixed on age, or you want to pick your own lodging for location and rules.
- A party pass on top of your own booking can make sense if the nightlife is why you are going and you know which nights you will use it.
Rules that affect any package
- Age. Florida’s drinking age is 21. Entry ages are set by each venue. On the PCB Club Card it is 18+ to enter and 21+ to drink, both with valid photo ID.
- Local rules change. Panama City Beach banned alcohol on the sand in March 2026, set a 2 a.m. cutoff for sales and added a curfew for unaccompanied minors. A package cannot waive city rules.
- Weeks matter. Dates drive price and crowds. Check when spring break 2027 is before you commit.
