The PCB Club Card is the official Spring Break 2027 party pass for Panama City Beach. Your card gives you free entry (based on your card level), access to nightly theme parties, discounts and special event perks throughout your selected week. It is valid at day parties and nightly theme parties across 4 partner venues.
How it works in four steps

- Pick up. At Hammerhead Fred’s, 8752 Thomas Dr, with valid photo ID and your order confirmation. Pickup runs from Noon to 11 PM at the Welcome Center, starting Saturday, Feb 27, 2027.
Then use your card at the official nightly theme parties during your week.

Which level fits you
- Ultimate is for people who want everything and plan to be out late, including VIP perks.
- Platinum is the best-value level for most people: free entry until 11 PM at all nightly parties, plus drink windows.
- Fred’s Card is the budget option if you plan to spend your nights at Hammerhead Fred’s only.
If you are torn between levels, count how many different venues you will actually visit. If it is more than one, you likely need Platinum or Ultimate.
What the card does not do
Being clear about this saves you frustration:
- It does not replace ID. 18+ to enter with valid photo ID. 21+ to drink with valid photo ID. No exceptions.
- It does not work outside your week. It is valid every night of your selected week.
- Fred’s Card does not work at Whiskey’s Saloon or Señor Frog’s.
- It is not refundable. All purchases are final, though you can transfer before pickup.
- It does not announce artists. 2027 Artists TBA.
